          Position:  Store Manager             



          Description:  Retail Store Manager desire 2 years with 1+ prior as Retail Manager

                                Will consider Experienced Asst Managers with 1-2 yrs Exp as well



                               Must have Apparel and Merchandising skills

                               Oversee Daily Store Operations including Opening and Closing duties

                               PRIMARY Focus on Customer Service and Sales

                               Weekly Sales Plans and Payroll Budgets.

                               Intake, Process and Inventory Store Stock.

                               Daily Store Operations include Sales promotion, Opening, Closing,

                               Auditing, Reconciliation and Monitoring Shrinkage.  

                               Necessary Recruiting ,  Train and Oversee all Associates. 

                               Responsible, mature and Honest.

                               Will  consider training  in some Merchandising skills but must know basics of apparel.

                               Communicate effectively with Corporate Office Directives

                               Attend Mall Meetings. Promotion changes

                               Respond quickly to Store Inquiries.

                               Approach Customers and Lead by Example.

                               Must be outgoing, motivational but assertive with Associates

                               Must be able to Open and Close Store. Rotating Weekends.

                                Able to lift At least 40 pounds.


                           ***Probationary Period.  DISCRETIONARY MERIT Evaluation completed

                              after 120 days period.  Based strictly on MERIT and skills Demonstrated

                              Such as Sales, attitude, attendance, appearance, approach,

                              Management with Under staff, merchandising, familiarity with labels and

                              Maintaining budgets and overall store operations.
