Traveling Regional Manager

Field Regional Manager:
Off-Price Chain Seeking Drug and Alcohol Free Experienced Retail Management Candidates with 2+ years of  Retail  District Management.   Experience required. Flexible schedule and Strong work ethic required for  4-6 week assignments out of town.  Will be responsible to  oversee the entire scope of New Store Operations including  set-up, recruiting, hiring merchandising and opening  of New Stores.  Previous Retail Apparel management experience is a required . Must demonstrate knowledge in  POS  system Inventory, setting of racks, driving sales and smanagement of staff. Position also involves Mid Level Management over  a Region of multiple stores thereafter.   Possibility of re-location desirable.  
 
This position requires a well  Organized and Assertive candidate that demonstrates professional qualities at all times.  Must follow a budget, time line and maintain communication with  Corporate Office Directives Mall Management, Code Enforcement , Inspectors and Labor Laws.   Ability and patience to oversee and train new staff. Involves all aspects of Store  Set up and Inventory  including Intake ,Receiving, Processing and Merchandising of stock. Experience setting racks and merchandise in a well organized manner  by department and to code required. Will involve  the implementation of POS set up and ticketing. This Mid Level Management Employee will be responsible for all aspects of new store set-up from start to finish.  Involves long hours while setting up a new store. Basic familiarity with HR required.  Ability to oversee and communicate with a Region of stores while traveling  or in home store/ or corporate office are required.

Must possess a valid drivers license and good driving record.  Mandatory and periodic drug testing .  Involves a 6 month probationary review period with raises based on merit, efficacy and performance.
